A Meaningful Newborn Session in Boise, Idaho
As a Boise newborn photographer, I’m lucky enough to witness so many beautiful beginnings. Some sessions just stay with you forever. Baby Romie’s newborn session was one of those moments that reminds me just how powerful, intentional, and deeply loved a child can be from the very start.
Romie is a beautiful baby girl born through surrogacy, using her parents’ personal DNA. Her parents traveled from the UK to Boise to welcome their daughter into the world, and before heading back home to London, they wanted to document these once-in-a-lifetime first days together.
Boise has become a destination for families from all over the world growing their families through surrogacy, and it’s truly an honor to serve them as a newborn photographer in Boise. Romie’s parents had waited so long for this moment. Holding their daughter, studying every tiny feature & soaking in the quiet magic of those early days.
Their session was calm and full of connection. We focused on natural poses, soft textures, and intimate moments that reflected the incredible journey it took to bring Romie here. From tiny fingers wrapped around her parents’ hands to the way she settled so peacefully in their arms, it was pure love!
Photographing Surrogacy Stories with Care and Intention
Surrogacy journeys are unique, and I approach these sessions with extra sensitivity and respect. Every family’s path to parenthood looks different, and each one deserves to be documented honestly and beautifully.
For Romie’s parents, this session wasn’t just about newborn photos, it was about preserving proof of a dream fulfilled. These images will travel back to London with them and become part of Romie’s story as she grows.
